How It Works — From Artwork to Delivery
Step 1 — Send us your requirements
Tell us what you need: garment type, quantity, sizes, and your design. Use our quote form or email us directly. If you are not sure on any detail, just tell us what you know.
Step 2 — Artwork review
We check every design file before printing. We confirm it will print as expected and flag any issues — resolution, format, colour mode, transparency — before production starts. We do not print and then tell you there was a problem.
Step 3 — Pricing and approval
We provide a clear quote including garment cost, printing cost, and delivery. Once approved, we proceed. No hidden charges added afterwards.
Step 4 — Production
Your garments are printed in our London studio using professional DTF equipment. Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days for most orders.
Step 5 — Quality check and dispatch
Every order is checked before packaging. We dispatch via tracked courier with confirmation sent to you when the order is on its way.
